Who we are

Hi, I’m Ashlin — the face behind Crooked Rein Photography. I’m 22 years old and have been behind the camera for the past 6 years capturing life’s most meaningful moments. What started as a passion quickly grew into something I truly love getting to do for others.

I specialize in seniors, couples, and families, but I also have a huge love for rodeo photography. As the co-owner of a rodeo bucking bull company, the western lifestyle is a big part of who I am. When I’m not helping with our bucking stock, you’ll find me behind the lens capturing the action, the grit, and the unforgettable moments that make rodeo so special.

Weddings are one of my absolute favorite things to photograph — there’s nothing better than getting to document such an important day and all the emotions that come with it.

I truly love taking photos and capturing genuine moments for people to look back on for years to come. I’m so thankful for every opportunity to work with and meet new people through photography, and my goal is always to create images that make you feel the moment all over again.
